Privacy & data collection

KalRank uses publicly available game activity and related public information to assess server activity. Public game identifiers may be personal data. We do not collect game passwords, private messages, access tokens or private member lists.

Forms & cookies

Server submissions store the name, website, rate category and description you provide. Correction requests store the selected listing and your explanation. Neither form requires a public account or email address. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information.

We use essential cookies to keep sign-ins and website forms secure. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics identifier cookies. Temporary identifiers help prevent repeated or abusive form submissions and are deleted after 24 hours.

Contact messages

The contact form stores your name, email address, subject and message in a private support inbox so our team can review your request and reply. Our support mailbox receives only a generic notification; your contact details and message are not included in that notification. Messages are not posted publicly. Closed requests are deleted after 180 days through scheduled cleanup; open requests remain until reviewed. Please do not send passwords or other secrets.
